Notre accompagnement

Trois expertises complémentaires

Nous combinons expertise en mesure d'impact, conseil en stratégie et formation pour mettre l'impact au cœur de votre action.

Mesurer

External Program Studies and Evaluation

External mid-term or final evaluations, aligned with international evaluation frameworks (OECD criteria), with a specific approach dedicated to impact. Anchored in the territories, they are a lever for accountability and learning. We also design embedded evaluations, integrated from the design stage of your pilot or innovative projects.

Conseiller

Advice and strategic support

We carry out diagnoses and support capitalization processes to produce a shared understanding of actions, results and lessons, identifying success factors and difficulties encountered. We work with your teams to develop realistic and prioritized roadmaps that are tailored to the organization's capabilities.

Transmettre

Empowerment, skills development and tools

In a logic of empowerment, Kimso supports your teams (in particular MEAL) to internalize impact measurement in your structures and processes. Training, workshops or coaching strengthen your skills on the theory of change and the construction of realistic and measurable indicators, and complete your monitoring systems with an evaluation component.

Inclusion Strategy

Consortium Jeunesse Sénégal — a strategy for inclusion

Contexte

The SJC asked Kimso to integrate an inclusive and sustainable approach into all of its programs: gender, disability, and non-French-speaking youth.

Démarche

Define a targeted inclusion strategy, translate it into an action plan, support its appropriation by the teams and provide tools for monitoring and evaluation.

Utilisation des résultats

The SJC manages its strategy with tailor-made indicators; the training has enabled everyone to appropriate these tools on a daily basis.
