Protecting the personal data we collect and process has always been a priority for Kimso. A continuous improvement process is in place to ensure we meet our commitments in this area, and thereby help our clients meet their own obligations under the GDPR.
Our commitments regarding your personal data
The personal data collected and processed includes your surname, first name, title, email address, telephone number, website, and the history of our exchanges and collaborations.
Information collected about our clients is recorded in a computerised file held by Kimso. It is used to manage our assignments, carry out our own impact assessment, and occasionally send informational emails.
The data collected is kept for a maximum of 2 years and is not shared with third parties.
Exercising your rights
Under the French Data Protection Act, you may exercise your rights to access the data concerning you, to rectify it, to request its erasure, or to restrict its processing, by sending a message setting out your request to contact@kimso.fr together with a copy of proof of identity.
